A visual-first operating system for multi-channel marketing
Plan campaigns, approve creative, and report, all in one place.
Before Kadara
Five tools, twelve tabs, and a note stuck to every surface.
The problem
Marketing doesn't fail from lack of effort. It fails from fragmentation.
Most teams run on five tools that don't talk to each other, so the day fills with chasing, searching, and rebuilding, instead of creating.
- 01
The work is scattered
Plans in spreadsheets, creative in drives, feedback in DMs, results in a dashboard nobody opens.
- 02
None of it is visual
In a world of imagery and video, your planning tools are walls of text that don't connect to where the creative actually lives, like Figma and Canva.
- 03
Coordination becomes the job
The day fills with searching, explaining, chasing approvals, and tracking down assets, the exact hours that should go to creative.
- 04
Context disappears
Why a campaign ran, what worked, who touched it, gone the moment someone leaves.
Why Kadara
Six connected pillars, one flow
Each pillar is aware of the others, so nothing has to be re-entered, re-explained, or rebuilt.
Your north star
Your north star, voice, and visual identity live in one brand brain that powers every other pillar, so nothing you make drifts off-brand.
The whole plan, in one view
Campaigns, content, and channels in one visual calendar. See your annual strategy and this week's posts in the same view, or one concept across every channel at once.
A strategist, not a generator
Not just a text generator, a strategic partner. Ko-Pilot helps shape the concept, surfaces best practices, and guides your decisions, all grounded in your Brand Hub.
Feedback in one place
Upload or link your finished creative so the whole team can see what it looks like and where it lives, then leave comments and sign off in one place. Clear status at a glance.
Reporting, already done
Performance and recaps generated where the work already lives, so reporting isn't a separate project.
Build on what worked
Every campaign stays easy to surface, with its strategy, creative, and results attached, so your team builds on what worked instead of starting from scratch.
See it
Your whole campaign, in one visual view.
Plan, creative, approvals, and results, together on one canvas.
Integrations
Connects to the tools your team already lives in
Kadara sits on top of your stack, pulling in plans, creative, and results so nothing has to be re-entered.
One workspace, every tool you already use
Kadara connects to your AI, design, collaboration, and social platforms, so context flows in and out without copy-paste.
The market gap
Everyone solves a piece. Kadara connects them.
No tool today links strategy, brand, creation, collaboration, and execution in one place. Kadara owns the layer none of them cover: the campaign as a living, intelligent object, from first idea to final post.

Outcomes
What changes once it's in one place
Fewer tools
Planning, creative review, and reporting collapse into a single system.
Faster approvals
Sign-off moves in hours instead of stretching across a week of threads.
Cleaner reporting
Recaps come from the work itself, not from someone's memory.
Retained context
Campaign history stays with the brand as teams and agencies change.
Time saved
See what one source of truth gives back
Move the sliders to match your team. The math updates as you go.
Time saved with Kadara
Your marketing lives across too many tabs. See what Kadara brings back when it's all in one place.
Your time back
~49 hrs / month
hours saved every month
That's about 11 hours a week back with your team.
Worth roughly $2440/mo in recovered time. Kadara pays for itself if it saves you a single hour a month.
How we calculated this +
This is an estimate, grounded in our own marketer survey and published research on the hours lost switching between and searching across tools.
The math:
- Hours saved per person each week = your number of tools x 0.75
- Times your team size = hours saved per week
- Times 4.33 weeks = hours saved per month
- Times a $50 blended hourly rate = dollars of time back
We kept the per-tool number deliberately conservative, so the estimate leans low rather than high. Your mileage will vary.
Philosophy
Built to give you your afternoons back.
The best marketing tools shouldn't ask for more of your time, they should quietly return it. Kadara is built to be that efficient: a single, visual place where finding the right asset, status, or answer takes seconds instead of an afternoon spent digging through tabs.
Less time lost searching means more time for the creative work that actually moves a brand forward. And when the system runs itself, the laptop closes, and you get to go outside.
What would you do with more time?

Why I built Kadara
I built the tool I always wished we had.
I never trained as a marketer. I came in through photography, started my first agency at 24, and spent the years since on the founding marketing team at OLIPOP and helping grow more than 80 brands across beauty, wellness, and CPG. This career gave me something I didn't expect: freedom. The freedom to create, to work on my own terms, to build a life I love.
But I kept hitting the same wall, never able to find a tool as visual as it was organized, and the daily scramble of stitching everything together quietly chipped that freedom away. So we built Kadara, the calm, connected home I always wished we had. So you can spend less time managing the work and more time living your most expansive life.

FAQ
Questions, answered
What is Kadara? +
A visual marketing operating system. It brings campaign planning, content production, creative approvals, reporting, and team collaboration into one connected place, designed around how marketing actually moves rather than around generic tasks.
Who is it for? +
In-house marketing and social teams, agencies managing multiple clients, and multi-brand or multi-location organizations that need one strategy to hold across many calendars.
How is it different from Asana or a dashboard? +
Project tools track tasks. Schedulers publish posts. Dashboards report after the fact. Each covers one slice, and the seams between them are where the work leaks. Kadara connects planning, approvals, and reporting into a single flow built specifically for visual marketing.
Do we have to leave our current tools? +
No. Most teams start by moving planning and approvals into Kadara and keep publishing where they already do. The goal is one source of truth, not a forced migration.
When can I use it? +
We're onboarding beta teams now in small groups so each one gets hands-on setup. Join the waitlist and we'll be in touch with timing.
What does Kadara mean? +
Kadara is a blend of two words, and it carries a meaning of its own. It brings together kando, a Japanese word for the wonder of being deeply moved, and cadence, meaning rhythm and consistency, and in Yoruba it also means destiny. To us, it's a promise to create work that moves people, made at a rhythm that's yours.
